what's been going on then? Well, we've been really busy with the site re-launch and settling our user base into the new look and feel. Which hasn't been too taxing but still quite time-consuming. We did filming for our viral campaign on Monday. We managed to get Geoff Capes throwing people into a sand pit which worked rather well in a campaign to show that there are some tradesmen that you wouldn't trust as far as (yes you've guessed it) Geoff Capes could throw them.
Even the local ITV news team got involved! Other than that, I've been plugging our new Facebook fan page and sorting out my CRM campaign which is going to be implemented in the next few weeks.

It's a great job and really interesting - although we cover the whole of the UK and have over 250,000 people to look after, it's a small, friendly company where everyone gets along.
